The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, has said that the essence of his been in Democratic Politiking is to ensure the progress, welfare of his 13 Local Governments, Kano Senatorial District.

“Our commitment to the welfare, progress, and development of our constituents, across the 13 Local Government Areas of Kano North Senatorial District, remains our highest priority. This is the essence of our service and the true purpose of politics”.

He said, erlier today in Abuja, “I officially submitted my completed Expression of Interest and Nomination forms to the officials of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the largest political party in Africa.”

“I sincerely thank our good people of Kano North Senatorial District for their unwavering support, confidence, and solidarity over the years.”

“Insha Allah, we will continue to work tirelessly to address the challenges confronting our people and to advance programmes and initiatives that improve their lives.

He stands “100 per cent with the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the Governor of Gombe State,Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON.” “The attempt by political opponents to exhume an old video, strip it of its historical and political context, and present it as though it reflects Dr. Gwamna’s position today is nothing more than deliberate mischief and a desperate attempt to distract the APC and the public.
