Pantami Accused of Allegedly Giving Former Inuwa Yahaya Aide N50 Million to Attack Gombe Personalities

Professor Isa Ali Pantami has been accused of allegedly giving Ahmed Shuaibu Gara, a man linked to a former aide to Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya, N50 million to continue publishing critical remarks about prominent personalities in the state.
According to information attributed to Global Focus Hausa, Gara allegedly received the money to continue making statements targeting some influential individuals in Gombe State.
The report alleged that Gara had repeatedly published or circulated controversial remarks about prominent figures in the state, including traditional rulers, Islamic clerics, senior government officials, businesspeople and other members of society who have achieved success in various fields.
The source further alleged that Pantami provided the N50 million to facilitate the continuation of such publications.
However, as of the time of filing this report, neither Pantami nor Gara had publicly responded to the allegations.
