ATM Gwarzo Inaugurates Kano A4A Executives, LGA Coordinators,Says Appointments Call To Service

As part of organized efforts to ensure the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election,the State Executives and Coordinators of the 44 Local Government Areas of the Kano State chapter of Arewa For Asiwaju(A4A),have been inaugurated in Kano.
A4A is a political and grassroots support movement established to mobilize backing across the 19 northern states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for the success of the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
The officials were inaugurated on Wednesday by the State Coordinator of the A4A movement,His Excellency Abdullahi Tijjani Mohammed Gwarzo, at the Tinubu Support Group(TSG) office,Audu Bako Way,Kano.
Inaugurating the officials,His Excellency Abdullahi Tijjani Mohammed Gwarzo described their appointments as a call to service and urged them to put collective interests above personal ambitions and build a united, effective and inclusive organization.
“I charge you to strengthen our structures,deepen grassroots engagement, work harmoniously with party stakeholders,and promote the ideals of A4A in every community.
“As we approach the 2027 general elections,we must work collectively and responsibly in support of the APC presidential candidate, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,GCFR,and all other candidates of our great party.
“Our engagement must remain peaceful, lawful, issue-driven,and respectful of democratic principles,” the former Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development said.
In his remarks, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Communication and Citizen Engagement,Malam Abdul’Aziz Abdul’Aziz,said the objective of establishing the A4A organization was to counter the negative narratives against the Tinubu administration being spread by the opposition.
Such narratives, Abdul’Aziz said, included the propaganda that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not do anything for the North in terms of provision of dividends of democracy since he assumed office in 2023, which he described as false.
Contrary to the opposition’s claims,he stated,the President had indeed been implementing policies and programmes, and executing projects that have been impacting the lives of the people of Northern Nigeria, including the completion of the Abuja-Kaduna-Kano highway, and the ongoing construction of the Kano northern bypass.
He also cited various infrastructure projects being executed at the Bayero University Kano, Northwest University,Kano, Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology,Wudil, and the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
The President’s Aide, therefore, urged the newly-inaugurated officials to embark on vigorous campaigns, citing the numerous achievements of the Tinubu administration as well as the development strides of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in Kano State,to ensure the success of President Tinubu,Governor Yusuf and all other APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Those inaugurated at the occasion included Deputy State Coordinator
Central,Hon Samir Rufai Hanga,Deputy State Coordinator,North,Hajiya Halima Zubairu Dambatta, and Deputy State Coordinator,South,Hon Abdullahi Mahmood Gaya.
Others included Director of Finance and
Resource Mobilization,Hon Magaji Shehu Lambu,Director of Communication
and Media,Abdullahi Malam,Director of Women Affairs,Hajiya Hindatu Mukhtar Umar,Director of Youth Affairs,Hon Muhammed Shehu,Director of Students Affairs Umar Farouk Mukhtar,and Director of Business and Professional Affairs,Hon Aminu Musa Jijitar.
The rest included Director of Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed Tijjani Auwalu,Director of Traditional
Groups,Arc. Ahmad Abba Yusuf
and Director of Operations and
Logistics,Kabiru Salihu Bako, while Abdul Adamu Fagge SAN, is to serve as Secretary of the movement.
