Suspected Bandits Kills APC Chieftain, One Other In Kano

The All Progressive Congress APC Chairman of Rantan Ward in Bebeji Local Government Area of Kano State, Alhaji Garba Buba, and one other Person were shot dead by suspected Bandits.
Reports according to Locals have it that the attackers reportedly invaded Rantan community on Sunday night and opened fire, killing Buba and Sulaiman Zunduma.
Locals who don’t wants their names printed says, Buba was shot during the attack and later died in hospital while receiving treatment.
“Last night, Sunday, suspected kidnappers attacked our town, Rantan. During the attack, they shot Alhaji Garba Buba, the APC chairman of Rantan Ward, who later died in hospital from the injuries sustained,” he said.
The resident added that the gunmen also shot another resident, Alhaji Sa’adu.
“They also shot Alhaji Sa’adu and killed another person, Sulaiman Zunduma,” he said.
Confirming Buba’s death, a family member, Hafsat Garba Rantan, described him as her paternal uncle.
