Senate: Begs Other Contestants To Stepdown For Me As Most Qualified, Shaaban Sharada

Alhaji Ibrahim Shaaban Sharada a Former House of Representatives Member, who represented Kano Central and who was a former late President Muhammadu Buhari Spokesperson, has asked the APC Leadership in Kano, to begged other Senate Contestant to step down for him as the most qualified Candidate.

Shaaban Sharada who stormed the Audu Bako Road office of the APC to submit his Senate seat Contest form amidst hundreds of supporters, Thursday, said, “as somebody who represented the central in the House of Representatives and who as of today is the Director of African Legislative Chambers, said he should be allowed as a consensus candidate to go for the election”.

“You can see that, today I’m apart from the Director African Legislative Chambers I’m also the global vice Chairman of the Legislative Council, with these experiences, I believes I’m the most qualified Candidate for this Job”.

Ibrahim Shaaban Sharada, hints that when he served as the representative Kano Municipal Local Government at the National Assembly, he left an indelible mark for everybody to see, and today his people are hundreds percent with him in this fresh journey.

He said there is a certain African Leader whom they served on the African Legislative Council together and today because of their mutual respect and understanding he is inviting two Nigeria Governor’s for his inauguration as President and Governor Yusuf is among the two.

Sharada who assured that his contest will ensure the victory of the APC from bottom to up, said that as a grassroots Politician and who is always there for his Constituents, his Senate position will further consolidate the Party gains.

Umar Haruna Doguwa the State Chairman of the Party, explained that their position as Party Leaders is to ensure justice to all the Sons of the Party no matter their positions.

“Ours is to ensure that there is free playing level ground for the Members of the Party regardless of who they are because Justice, fairness is the lasting ingredient for any association”, Doguwa added.
