KASSTOWA has strengthened security at Joda Waterworks following an official assessment visit by its Interim Managing Director to evaluate the facility’s security situation.
Additional security personnel have been deployed to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, and other threats to the facility, ensuring the protection of critical water infrastructure and the continuity of water supply.
The intervention aligns with the commitment of the administration of His Excellency, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, to safeguarding public assets and delivering essential services, in collaboration with the Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources.
Under the leadership of Engr. Sani Bala Danbatta, Managing Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), the agency remains committed to strengthening infrastructure protection and inter-agency collaboration.
KASSTOWA calls on community leaders, traditional institutions, youth organizations, and residents to remain vigilant, report suspicious activities, and cooperate with security personnel to protect water facilities.
Protecting our water infrastructure is a shared responsibility.
SAFEGUARD OUR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE. PROTECT PUBLIC ASSETS. SUSTAIN WATER SUPPLY.
